Reviews of My Top 15 Survey and GPT Sites

I will begin doing reviews of my top 15 survey and GPT sites reviewing a new site at least every few days. For each site I will include the approximate date I joined and how much money I have made so far by taking surveys or completing offers if it is a GPT site. I will also include important information such as minimum payout, when payments are made, and how you can receive your payment. If I have already received payment I will try to post a picture of my check or a screenshot of a Paypal payment.
